Well i finally got a 76 Caprice that i've been after for a couple years now, but it didnt go without a fight! backed into place, winched the car on without a glitch... but 30 feet later i was stuck in the swamp grass. Duramax couldnt get me out, so i unhooked and barely got out with just the truck with lots of back n forth action. Managed to locate Daniel, a really nice guy with a big Dodge with a 16000lb winch that hooked on to the trailer and slowly pulled it out. However, it got so far then he had to reposition his truck and guess what... STUCK. So, i had to back in agian and pull him out and he winched the trailer the rest of the way... whew!!! Good thing i'm a car guy, because i love this stuff

Brought home this 72 Sedan Deville, anyone need a 472? Was grandpa's car then Jr. got it and parked it outside. 4 years later the rodents had done extensive residential developments in the trunk and were migrating forward. Ma nature also had her way with it, destroying the vinyl top, baking the paint and starting on the interior. Some good parts to be had.. and should be had soon (hint hint).

Also here are some found items that i did not bring home (yet?):

A 48-ish Chevy with "Creston, BC" on the door (his "one day" project)
A neglected 69 Coronet with a Land Cruiser (way up north)
A 69 Coronet 500 and 55 Chevy (big money for those)
And a 70-ish Dodge shortbox stepside 4x4 (very rusty)

1969 or 1970 Ambassador sitting close by here, looks to be in very good shape body-wise.
Anybody want me to bang on the door, get a number on it ?

A couple more big ones came home recently. Even though I'm trying to clear our the majority of what I've got... but I couldn't help it!

1971 Lincoln 2dr Mark III Continental with 365Hp/502Tq 460, rusty arse end and rear frame is crumbly. (good parts car for the solid one I've got)

1974 Buick LeSabre Luxus (Never heard of that??) 4dr Sedan with a Buick 455-2bbl (never heard of that either! I thought Olds was the only non 4bbl 455). Its a pretty fancy Lesabre because it has tilt steering, air conditioning and when you put it in a forward gear a light comes up on the dash accompanied by a working buzzer. A little rust down behind the back wheels but solid otherwise... Cool car! Too bad its from Alberta and the papers are being hunted down.

1981 Dodge half ton with 6cyl and A833 O/D transmission

1976 Ford Country Squire wagon.. no engine :(

1977 Motorhome powered by a SBC 400
