Either left them there or brought them home

The last time this forum was up i hogged one whole thread to myself. It was loaded with pictures of the cars i find and the ones i haul home. However, if you want to post a picture with the same things in common then giver! You dont have to say where they are if you dont want to, everyone has their reasons. If it helps save the cool old iron from the crusher, posting a location will help those who need the parts find them :)

My first new post is a 65 Wildcat i brought home from Kaslo. Its very rusty in the back end but has a dissassembled 401 in the trunk, also has bucket seats and console with automatic shifter and the factory tach! Pretty cool car and they look niiiiice when fixed up, but i dont think this one will get that second chance.

Well its winter so there isnt a lot going on in this department.. so all i got for you today is a 93 Taurus Wagon and an AMC 401 engine.

The Wagon would be a good beater driver but needs a little work.

The 401 was pulled from a Jeep a couple years ago that was driven into the garage where i got it.. Would look great between the fenders of my 67 Rebel

Some more for this thread, its been a while.
Fig finally let go of his lawn ornament of 24 years, a 39/40 Chevy 2 ton which is an original Erickson orchard truck. It says "E. Cartwright" and "Erickson" below on the door.

Next is one of a few 87-91 Ford parts trucks

Also is a 59 Galaxie base model car with a 6cyl/3spd

And of course the 54 Bel Air from Peskors.

Yesterday i found Buick's version of the Nova in a friends' back yard covered in pine needles. The front sub frame is in tact and it still has the bucket seats but is missing the engine/trans/driveshaft. Its one of those strange hatchback cars where the trunk and back window are all one piece that hinges at the rear of the roof.

Trivia ...
NovaOmegaVenturaApollo.
The letters in "Nova" are the first letters of the other models/divisions in that chassis.

----UPDATE----

The Taurus wagon is now up and running! If you know someone looking for cheap transportation with reasonable milage, send them down to Steve & Cara's Auto Shop on the highway in Erickson.

Been planning on retrieving this one for a while from west creston... i wish i woulda found it before the damage was done but who knows when that was. Its a 1957 Dodge Crusader 2dr sedan, factory black car with a 303? or 313? or 318? Poly V8 and 3spd manual tranny. Maybe one of you guys remember this car.. Duffy? Not a lot left to save, just the guage cluster, column, pedals, rear bumper, 8 3/4 diff plus one or two chrome pieces.
Too bad, i bet this was VERY cool car in its day!

Another stacker picture from west creston... this 1970 Ford cab ended up on top of a 75 Chevelle thanks to the innovative people at Warn Industries.

A 49ish Chevy window panel that was used for parts to restore a 49 Panel Delivery, watch for that one next summer and it should have suicide doors by then too.

This nose might come available for sale soon if anyone has a 47-54 Chevy needing rhinoplasty.

Heres a 78 Lincoln i hauled out of an Erickson heritage home property where it was rusting away after being partially dismantled. TC ran it in the Creston 2011 derby full blast but destroyed the diff and the overzealous skidsteer operator accidently rolled it over a couple times lol.

The bodyless frame is that of a 48 Chevy truck. The previous owner had Comfort Welding attach the diffs from a 1970 F250 4x4, next he hung a 205 Ford Tcase, mounted the Chevy 350 and tranny plus a Dodge steering box.. wierd? but a little cool.

An S10 blazer beat hard then robbed of its engine/trans/tcase for another project

An 80's? AMC Eagle with a 258.. thats all i know

A late 90s? Civic i know nothing about but the squish machine likes rice too.

Will let parts go, let me know if you need something asap!

Heres a little oddball ive been waiting for the right sunny day to retrieve. About a 1957 Borgward Isabella. Made in West Germany, these cars have some pretty interesting unique features that make you go "hmmm". Anyhow, it was hiding under a giant cedar tree (pictured) up the lake where nobody wouldve ever found it.. so it thought! I have the quarter windows for it as well, no 1500cc (almost) engine or manual trans but a lot of it is there.

Heres three 1966 Fairlanes i got a few years ago and have recently dragged them out and cleaned them up. The one with the front clip is a "500" model that came with a 289 automatic and 8" rear end. The other two are both 390GT 4spd with 9" rear end cars originally. The plan is to restore myself a '66 one day, it is THE car that got me into cars from day one!
