Either left them there or brought them home

Took a road trip to buy some Mopar items and while shopping in a small backyard wrecker, i discovered what was a fairly complete early 50s Jaguar but the guy chopped a bunch of stuff off it in hopes of selling those parts. I would imagine this is a pretty rare item and theres tons of what might be good parts still bolted to the car and the engine is in the trunk in pieces.

There was also this complete 65/6 Meteor that had a collector plate on the front and a super solid body with a fairly nice interior! What a waste :(

That Jagyawar [correct British pronunciation] saloon would make a neat yard planter ... don't see those as wrecks in these parts very often

Here we go with a few more finds while on the road...

a 1970 Pontiac Hearse
a 1964 Polara 2dr
a 1960 Chevy Sedan Delivery
a CJ5 Jeep beside a crush pile
a Nash Metropolitan
and a 72? Duster

After about ten years a local guy changed his mind and said these two could leave his yard finally. I didnt waste any time in case he changed his mind and had them loaded within 48 hours. Wasnt easy as one was over a bank and on the uncomfortable side of another truck, even snapped a 3/8 winch line! Anyhow, pretty cool stuff and if anyone needs parts get em now because they wont be here this time next year. I'm going to remove a few parts myself as well just because.

First one is a 39/40 nash.. pretty rough but some usable stuff there.

Second one is a 49/50 Chevy Deluxe in a little better condition but not much... definitely some good stuff there.

Didnt do too bad on this one. Traded a 73 Buick for this '66 Coronet 440. It does need a lot of work but its a pretty good base to start from. The floors, frame and trunk floor are solid, it was a smallblock automatic bench seat car. Luckily i have a Tim Elliot's old '66 for my parts car because this one needs a front clip.

Saved from the crusher in Elkford last week, this 65/66 F250 has a few good parts and pieces left and the box is difinitely usable for anyone who is looking to better their old pick up or shelf some extra pieces "just in case". Has a 300-6cyl and 4spd but Mr. Beaumont already got the engine.

Finally had a little time to do some cleanup and spiceup on the old van. Still havent quite determined what year it is.. my guess is 67-68? She's from washington so the body is good and solid less the very front floorpans but Duffy says thats just how it is. Engine is inside but not in place, looks like everything else is there except maybe the transmission. I have a 4spd O/D that could go in place of the 3spd... hmmmm

The van drive trains are so short...the OD tranny would need about an 8 inch driveshaft.....my parts van came from Washington too....no papers either.....I have the correct tranny and stuff...

This 71 Fireird Esprit had found a new home but the guy's living arrangements and job situation has changed dramatically so i'm helping him find it a new home. It was parked in '77 or so when it and an RV unintentionally met in a backwards motion, badly damaging the rear drivers side of the car. It needs the back end replaced as well as the roof skin due to one of those giant roll-up sunroofs installed years ago. 60,XXX original miles, the Poncho 350 runs good and tranny feels good. Front disc brakes, 160mph speedo cluster, 10 bolt rear, interior not too bad. Comes with a fibreglass formula hood, good trunklid and new quarter skin. Would make a great donor or a big project. $1200obo

Haven't been as busy as in previous years, but a few more lost auto souls found their way on to my trailer...

1990 4Runner
1958 VW Panel Bus
1966 VW Pickup
1974 New Yorker
1975 New Yorker

The New Yorkers are good runners so the 440s are available for $400 each and i'll pull em.
