There are those interested in the web and many who are have difficulty knowing how to make it better for themselves.
Most club websites are usually gone to for the purpose of checking out gathering times and locations. Events planned and information related to them. Monthly meeting minutes would probably pull in a few that didn't make it, but that's work.
